ExStream System

Lumalier's ExStream System offers economical UV cleansing energy for an entire building. Located in the unoccupied penthouse or mixing chambers of the return air flow, the units expose the air stream to extremely high levels of UV-C.

Disease carrying microorganisms from all areas of the building are safely and efficiently inactivated so that healthy and up to 99% germ free air is provided to the building's occupants. Any building airflow, including 95,000 CFM and higher, can be equipped with a Lumalier system. And since the units are powerful surface disinfectors, any mold and spores on directly irradiated surfaces are removed for improved air quality and system efficiency.
