History
Lumalier was founded in 1963 to develop advanced Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) technology, products, innovations, and engineering controls. Lumalier's advanced UV germicidal disinfection products are specifically engineered to benefit the healthcare, educational, office, institutional, commercial, retail, and residential markets.
Since its founding, Lumalier products have become the industry benchmark for safe, healthy air and surface disinfection, becoming the first UV manufacturer to attain UL approval for duct-mounted UV accessories (UL classification ABQK ).
Ongoing efforts to eliminate airborne respiratory sickness and disease has earned Lumalier special recognition by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and numerous peer-reviewed scientific studies.

1963 - Our Founding Year!

1985 - Lumalier Merges with Commercial Lighting Design Inc.
Commercial Lighting Design Inc. owner Charley Dunn purchased Lumalier and merged the two entities.
2003 - Chuck Dunn becomes Lumalier President
Chuck Dunn, Charley Dunn’s son, who worked at the business for many years, became president of Lumalier.
2009 - Chuck Dunn purchases Lumalier
Chuck Dunn, who became president of Lumalier in 2003, purchased the business from his father, Charlie Dunn.
2014 - David Skelton Purchases Lumalier and It Becomes Part of Evergreen UV
David Skelton purchased the business and named it Evergreen UV. The product offering remained the same and was built upon under the new company name.
2020 - DalFort Capital Purchases Evergreen UV and the Lumalier Brand
In 2020, DalFort Capital’s United Enertech Holdings Company purchased Evergreen UV and the Lumalier brand. Evergreen UV / Lumalier became part of the United Enertech family of companies and today is a leading manufacturer of UVGI products, which provide solutions for a broad array of applications.
